Annie Chamberlain grew up fascinated by what her younger brother called “Language People”.  She was thrilled by listening to her Mom speak French with foreign exchange students, or her Dad speak Spanish with sheepherders over beers in the Idaho backcountry.  She originally studied French, then fell in love with Spanish while guiding whitewater kayaking trips in Mexico.  She later returned to Mexico to attend Medical School at the Universidad Autonoma de Guadalajara, where she became fluent in Spanish and received her M.D.

Annie started CLC with the mission to provide outstanding legal and medical interpreting and translating services.  When not running CLC, Annie can be found camping with her kids, riding the ski mountain in search of fresh powder, or paddling a river somewhere, daydreaming about the next Grand Canyon trip.
